Favorite Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes

by Michelle on November 26, 2010

Here at Spend-a-Buck Farm turkey is a big favorite. I swear my family would eat turkey once it month if I would let them! But after the big Thanksgiving Day feast, the amount of leftover food in our refrigerator is daunting.

Even though leftovers can be boring, I do try to make them as tempting as the original meal. Below are some of my very favorite recipes for Thanksgiving leftovers. Enjoy!

Like you I have never met a potato that I didn’t like. Yummy idea for the mashed. The waldorf pitas make my mouth water.
